Returns & Exchanges

Returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery date. Return & exchange requests should be sent to our email address shopessieb@gmail.com.

Returns past two weeks will not be approved.

What can be returned?

  • Items that are UNWORN & unwashed.
  • Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke.
  • Items purchased at regular price.


What cannot be returned?

  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke.
  • Items with dog hair or deodorant.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, custom items, leggings, sports bras, cosmetics, perfumes
  • Sale Items
  • Jewelry
  • Items purchased with a discount code greater than 20% off


EXCHANGES:
We will issue a store credit code on every return for you to re-purchase your item if it’s available or find something else you love!

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you received a damaged item, you have three days from the day you receive the item to notify us by email. Email us within three days for a store credit. Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code.

Returns are processed every 3-4 days!
